• Financial and Legal short Audit (subcontracted to a third party) :

• Manufacturing Process Audit

Scope: Manufacturing processes (maybe “assembly line”, work cells, or individual part numbers)
Criteria: Compliance with the established procedures
Organization: Cover all of requested processes

For this one, either we go for a one day audit, or for more, depending on your request.
With our experience, two days’audit is the best solution as  one day is usually not enough to check all the production line, when assembly is involved.

• Product Audits

Product (part) oriented audits. We will verify that all specifications have been met.
The easy inspections should be repeated in front of the auditor.
For expensive or time consuming Tests and Controls, they may not be repeated, at least records ar checked.

Audit Scope:  Product – Part print/ specifications
Criteria: Product- Parts must meet all print/ specifications
Organization: To be based on the  workflow of the Product.
The product must be in production at the time of the audit

• Final Control on a given Product :

For this one, you give us all the specifications, what and how to control.
We check for this one if our staff is qualified to conduct the final control, in particular depending on the Control Means and Methods
